Standard UK Shipping costs £1.95 for all orders.

Orders should arrive within 3-4 working days.

A discount code may be used to qualify for free Standard UK Shipping on orders over £10 when a customer signs up to the newsletter.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility to enter any applicable discount code and ensure the discount has been applied before completing a purchase.

Express UK Shipping costs £4.95 £3.95 and is a fully tracked option.

Orders using this option should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Depending on the time of ordering, we aim to ship either same or next working day (Please note any orders placed after 12 noon are + 1 day).

We only ship to UK addresses right now.

*Certain remote postcodes will incur surcharge of £2.75

Delivery costs are based on weight, size and delivery address.

You can check the actual delivery cost by adding products to the cart and then clicking on the cart and entering your postcode.

For Zone 1 orders placed before midday (Thursday 19th) parcels should arrive by 24th (subject to delays out of our control)

Christmas 2024 - Next Day Delivery

For Zone 1 orders placed before midday Friday 20th parcels should arrive by 24th (subject to delays out of our control)

Please note we will continue to ship up to Monday 23rd large parcels / Tues 24th small parcels

We will then be open on a limited basis on Friday 27th & Monday 30th to ship orders

From Thursday 2nd Jan we will be open as normal

Standard Delivery

For orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) we aim to ship within 1 working day on a 2-4 working day delivery

Next Day Delivery

For Next Day orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) we aim to ship the same day for delivery in 1-2 working days (usually this would be delivered the next day).

Orders placed after 12pm are + 1 working day. If a parcel is returned to us, because it has not been possible to deliver it, then we will refund the cost of the order after deduction of outbound and return delivery costs that may be incurred. Please note some large items that are light in weight are shipped by volume weight.
