1. Using the service

Fatfig.co.uk (the "Site") is owned and operated by Buzz Trading Ltd, a company incorporated in the UK with registered number 12843677, whose registered address is Unit 15, 2m Trade Park, Beddow Way, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7BT. 

Buzz Trading Ltd, with trading name Fatfig.co.uk, will be also referred as 'we', 'our' or 'us'. By using this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which may be revised at any time without notice to you. 

If you don't agree with our Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Site. 

2. Product representation 

We aim to give an accurate representation of our products on the Site but due to differences in computer screens, colours may not exactly match those of the actual product. 

 3. The Site 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Site, including users who contribute information, videos, and other materials or services on the Site. The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. Fatfig.co.uk has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Site, you specifically release fatfig.co.uk from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. 

 4. Intellectual property 

The content on the Site except all User Content (as defined below), including the text, images, scripts, graphics, layout and interactive features ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to fatfig.co.uk, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under English and foreign laws and international conventions. 

Content on the site is provided to you for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of fatfig.co.uk.  

You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Content (as defined below) of third parties obtained through the Site for any commercial purposes. If you download or print a copy of the Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained thereon. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the site or the Content therein. 

5. Returns Policy 

You have the right to return products you have bought from Fat Fig for a full refund within 28 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. If you qualified for free shipping, and subsequently cancelled your order, you will also be responsible for paying the outward shipping fees incurred by ourselves. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Due to the importance of hygienic handling of masks, we do not accept returns of our face coverings. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.  

6. Payment 

We accept payment via credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. 

 7. Prices 

All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of UK value added tax (where applicable), at the appropriate rate, and are correct at the time they have been entered to our website. Prices may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time. 

The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. We only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland residents. We do not ship overseas. 

 8. VAT  

All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.  Our VAT number is: GB 388 5106 67

9. Shipping 

Shipping costs £1.95 for all orders.

A discount code may be used to quality for free shipping on orders over £10 when a customer signs up to the newsletter.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility to enter any applicable discount code and ensure the discount has been applied before completing a purchase.

Depending on the time of ordering, we aim to ship either same day or next day.

Orders should arrive within 2-3 working days.

We only ship to UK addresses right now.

10. Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall fatfig.co.uk, or any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of fatfig.co.uk, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Site, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages. the foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. 

You specifically acknowledge that fatfig.co.uk shall not be liable for User Content or for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you. 

The Site is controlled and offered by fatfig.co.uk from its facilities in the United Kingdom. Fatfig.co.uk makes no representations that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law. 

11. Termination 

Fatfig.co.uk may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your access to the Site and any other fatfig.co.uk services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the terms of use other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Site (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) non-payment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Site or any other fatfig.co.uk product. Termination of your fatfig.co.uk account includes: (a) removal of access to all pages within the Site; (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and materials, including User Content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof); and (c) barring of further use of the Site. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in fatfig.co.uk sole discretion and that fatfig.co.uk shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Site.

In the event of a dispute, the issues in question will be governed by UK law.
